Brioo Agency ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website (brioo.org) or services.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, social media handles, platform analytics and engagement data, and campaign preferences. We may also collect basic usage data via cookies — such as pages visited and referral source — to understand how our website is being used.
We use your information to: match creators with appropriate brand opportunities; communicate with you about campaigns and opportunities; process payments; improve our services over time; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties — ever.
We share necessary information with brands and creators only to facilitate active campaigns. Critically: we never share a creator's identity with a brand until the brand has confirmed genuine budget and interest on a call. We may share anonymised, aggregate data for general marketing purposes. We use Stripe or PayPal for payment processing and Calendly for scheduling — both have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your data.
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted email, secure storage, and access controls. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. By using our services, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@brioo.org. We will respond within 30 days. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we will explain why.
We use essential cookies to operate the site correctly. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site functionality may be affected.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at contact@brioo.org.
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify active users by email of any material changes. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
