Our Commitment
Effective May 29, 2026. At Brioo, ethical conduct isn't a marketing position — it is the foundation every single decision is built on.
What We Stand For
We never fabricate follower counts, engagement metrics, or case studies. We don't use bots or fake accounts. We are transparent about our size, our process, and our results — even when they are imperfect. A creator deserves an honest agency.
We never ask creators to work "for exposure." Every campaign includes a paid contract with clear terms. We negotiate on behalf of creators to ensure they receive fair market rates — and we only take our cut after they receive theirs.
Gambling, alcohol, adult content, weapons, interest-based finance, deceptive products — all rejected without exception. We will turn down commission rather than broker a deal that could harm our creators' audience or violate our ethical standards.
We provide honest reporting to brands — including real engagement rates, reach, clicks, and conversions. We do not hide underperformance. We use the data to improve, never to mislead. Truth earns more trust than spin ever will.
We prioritise trust over commissions. If a deal does not genuinely benefit both the creator and the brand, we will not facilitate it. We believe that ethical business compounds over time — and unsustainable shortcuts cost more than they're worth.
If we make a mistake, we own it. If a campaign underperforms, we analyse why and adjust our process. We welcome feedback from all partners. We do not hide behind fine print or deflect responsibility. This statement is a public commitment we invite you to hold us to.
"If you wouldn't recommend it to your own audience, we won't pitch it to theirs."
The Brioo Standard — applied to every deal, every time
